我喜欢最后一句，呵呵～

3星期了，除了上次壁球的瞎搞，一点没运动过！下了2天雨后，（一年中难得的降水，phoenix在城建时可能根本没考虑到这个积水问题，感觉积水蛮严重的，门口的沙滩排球场都成游泳池了）今天终于能有机会去打打网球了，人说“曲不离口，拳不离手”一点不错啊，刚开始完全没有感觉，连续6次发球没过网！开始还以为是拍弦松了呢，后来发现原来是我这只把油门的右手已经退化了啊。。。以前的网球右手不复存在了，而且有被把杆左手赶超的趋势@@ 不过后来还是来的球感，打得蛮爽的；）  

明天开始pre-cross-country了，专心训练，把基础打牢才是王道！
